Wide-format vinyl banners, event backdrops, step-and-repeat displays, feather flags, and A-frame inserts for businesses and organizations throughout the Eugene–Springfield area. Design, print, and finishing in-house — often same-day or next-day on standard sizes.
The most common banner request we get sounds like: "I need a banner for [grand opening / trade show / event / promotion] and I need it by [date that's closer than expected]." We've heard that a lot, and we've made a lot of those deadlines.
Standard-size vinyl banners on approved artwork typically take 1–2 business days. If your artwork is already print-ready and you've got a few days of lead time, it's a smooth process. If you need design too, build in extra time for a proof round.
What we produce: - Vinyl banner (standard 13 oz. scrim vinyl, outdoor-rated, UV-resistant inks) - Mesh banner (for high-wind environments — fences, outdoor structures) - Retractable banner stands (trade shows, events, lobbies) - Step-and-repeat backdrops (events, press, brand activations) - Feather flags (outdoor, A-frame bases) - A-frame sign inserts (sidewalk signs, menu boards) - Foam board signage (indoor events, lightweight display)
Finishing options: Reinforced hems and grommets are included standard on all vinyl banners — we don't charge extra for proper finishing because a banner with weak corner grommets or unhemmed edges isn't a finished product. Pole pockets (top and/or bottom, for banner stands and outdoor mounting) and velcro strips are available on request.
For outdoor use: All outdoor-rated banners use UV-resistant inks and materials rated for outdoor exposure. Willamette Valley weather — wind, rain, and eventual sun exposure — is considered in our material recommendations. A 13 oz. vinyl banner in an open parking lot on a windy day will last longer than mesh, but mesh is far better for a fence installation where constant wind loading is an issue.
Trade show graphics: Retractable banner stands and backdrop frameworks are the most common trade show requests. We can produce both the graphics and — if you need hardware — recommend or source stands that work with our output dimensions. We confirm dimensions, material (vinyl, mesh, foam board), and finishing (grommets, pole pocket, velcro) before going to production.

We design or review your submitted artwork for print-readiness at the correct output resolution (typically 100–150 DPI at full size for banners).

Proof Approval
Digital proof provided before production. Approving the proof is on you — verify spelling, phone numbers, URLs, and dates before we print.

Produced on wide-format equipment, hemmed and grommeted in-house. Ready for pickup or delivery.
