Box Truck Wraps
A moving billboard that's visible from a city block. Use it.
Box trucks carry the largest uninterrupted flat panel surface of any common commercial vehicle. A wrapped box truck is visible from over 100 feet and makes an impression in neighborhoods and commercial districts that no smaller vehicle can match.
There's a reason moving companies, food distributors, rental businesses, and equipment dealers wrap their box trucks: the surface area is simply enormous. A 16-foot box truck has roughly 160–200 square feet of visible cargo panel surface — that's a billboard you're already paying to operate.
The businesses we see most often for box truck wraps in Eugene and Springfield: moving companies, construction equipment rental, food and beverage distributors, wholesale supply companies, event production companies, and any business that operates a high-visibility presence in commercial areas.
Panel geometry on box trucks: Box trucks have a specific set of challenges compared to vans. The cargo box sides are flat and large — easy to design for, but require wide-format printing at full resolution to stay crisp at viewing distances of 20–100 feet. The rear doors are typically two-panel or roll-up, which means the graphic needs to be designed to read on both configurations. The cab is a separate unit from the box and can be matched in design, or handled separately with just lettering.
Riveted panels: Some box trucks — older units and certain manufacturers — have rivet rows running down the panel surfaces. Wrapping over rivets requires additional installation time and specific film application techniques. We'll note this during the vehicle assessment and price accordingly.
On-site installation: Some box trucks are too tall or too long to install comfortably in our shop. For larger trucks or fleets where bringing every vehicle to Springfield isn't practical, we can arrange on-site installation at your facility. Contact us to discuss the logistics — it depends on your location, the vehicle count, and workspace availability.
Cab wrap options: The cab of a box truck can be wrapped in a complementary color or matching design to create a unified look across the full vehicle. Many clients choose to do the cab in a solid color that matches the box graphic's background color, giving the whole truck a cohesive appearance from any angle.
Longevity note: Box trucks work hard. They're parked outside, driven in all weather, loaded and unloaded constantly. Cast vinyl on a well-maintained box truck lasts 4–6 years. Film that takes direct impact from cargo loading, gate mechanisms, or constant sun exposure without any shade will age faster. We'll talk through realistic expectations for your specific use case.

Our Process
- 1
Vehicle Assessment
We note box size, cab configuration, rivet locations, door type (swing vs. roll), and any existing graphics or damage that affects the design or install.
- 2
Design at Scale
Box truck graphics are designed with long-distance legibility in mind. Company name, phone, and key message prioritized for the cargo box sides; rear door design accounts for panel split.
- 3
Wide-Format Print
Graphics printed at full resolution on cast vinyl, laminated for durability against UV, road spray, and loading dock contact.
- 4
Install — Shop or On-Site
Installed in our Springfield shop for trucks that fit, or at your facility for larger units. Rivet panels get additional installation time for clean results.
