Full Vehicle Wraps
Every painted panel covered. One install. Factory-level finish.
A full vehicle wrap covers every painted surface of your car, truck, van, or SUV with precision-cut, cast vinyl film. It's the most complete transformation available — any color or finish you choose, fully reversible, with your factory paint protected underneath the entire time.
Your car comes home looking completely different. Not "washed and waxed" different — actually different, like it was repainted overnight. That's what a full wrap does when it's installed right.
Your vehicle goes through a full professional wash and surface decontamination before we touch a single panel. Our shop stays temperature-controlled year-round because cold vinyl loses the flexibility it needs to conform around body lines and into recesses. We work panel by panel — hood, roof, doors, fenders, bumpers — stretching cast vinyl into door jambs and every recess that needs to look finished rather than lifted. Every edge gets post-heat treatment to lock it down.
The adhesive bonds to your clear coat, not your paint. When the wrap eventually comes off — years from now — the factory paint underneath is typically in better condition than exposed panels on identical vehicles.
Cast vinyl is the only material we use for full wraps. There's a cheaper alternative called calendered vinyl — it's stiffer, has more memory (it wants to spring back flat), and starts lifting at edges and recesses within a couple of years. We use cast vinyl because it lasts 5–7 years and conforms properly to vehicle geometry. The difference shows up at year two.
Full wraps take 3–5 business days from approved artwork to vehicle delivery. Complex designs with digitally printed graphics run toward the longer end. Simple color-change wraps on smaller vehicles can sometimes be done in two days. We give you a realistic timeline before you commit.
A note on paint condition: Vinyl bonds to your clear coat — if the clear coat is failing, the wrap lifts with it. The same applies to fresh body filler that hasn't fully cured and significant rust areas. If your paint has issues, we'll tell you at intake rather than wrap over a problem. Better to address it first than have you back in six months with a lifting wrap.
Key Benefits
- Fully reversible — original factory paint preserved and protected underneath
- Protects paint from UV fade, minor chips, and abrasion for the wrap's full lifespan
- Available in hundreds of colors: gloss, matte, satin, metallic, color-shift, carbon fiber texture
- Significantly less expensive than a quality paint job for color changes and custom finishes
- Matte and satin finishes essentially impossible to achieve affordably in paint
- Leased vehicles: most lease agreements allow cast vinyl wraps — original paint is undamaged at turn-in
Our Process
- 1
Consultation & Vehicle Assessment
We look at the vehicle's paint condition, confirm your goals, and catch any issues — peeling clear coat, rust, fresh bodywork — that need addressing before wrapping.
- 2
Design Consultation or File Review
Color-change wraps: you pick a film from physical samples. Custom graphics: we develop the layout or review your artwork and create a 3D mockup for approval before anything is produced.
- 3
Print & Laminate
Custom-printed graphics go on cast vinyl and get overlaminated with a UV-protective film. Color-change wraps use stock colored cast film.
- 4
Surface Prep
Full professional wash, clay bar decontamination, and panel edge cleaning. Anything that compromises adhesion gets addressed before we start.
- 5
Panel-by-Panel Installation
Hood, roof, doors, bumpers, fenders — in sequence. Vinyl stretched into door jambs, wheel arches, and body recesses. Post-heat applied to every edge.
- 6
QC Inspection & Delivery
Every seam and edge inspected under shop lighting. We check for any lifting, bubbles, or misalignment before we call it done. A care guide comes with every wrap.
